The Role in a Nutshell Youll be making outbound sales calls, emails and contacts to travel companies across the UK and abroad, booking meetings and doing platform demonstrations. You will work with customers to help them choose the best technology package for them to grow their business. This is an in-office role where resilience, rapport-building, and motivation are key to success. Day to day, you will be; Following up warm and direct contacts from potential customers Identifying leads, making contact, and starting the sales process Take platform demonstrations to sales completions, hitting targets for conversions per month Travel nationally and internationally a few times a year representing the brand at events, conferences and trade shows Take a long term view on the sales process, and adjust it to make it as effective as possible Work closely with the founder, give feedback, and help make the platform and the team the best it can be Work closely with the customer team, to ensure a seamless transition from sales, to business as usual You will be given your initial training, and then ongoing support in your role to ensure you flourish, and achieve your targets. What experience do you need to apply? You will need a background of working with people, and customers, and will have a confident manner speaking to people on the telephone and on video call.
