We are currently seeking a PMO Analyst for immediate deployment with one of our Tier 1 Financial Services clients, supporting a large-scale Customer Query Management transformation initiative.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced PMO professional to support the governance, planning, and delivery oversight of a major Customer Query Management programme. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining programme controls, tracking performance, managing risks, and supporting executive-level reporting and governance forums.
This role requires a strong understanding of project management disciplines, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to bring structure and consistency to complex delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain programme plans, RAID logs, and performance dashboards to monitor progress and drive delivery oversight
* Track milestones, dependencies, and financials, ensuring alignment to programme timelines and budgets
* Facilitate key governance forums including Steering Committees and Working Groups, ensuring accurate, timely reporting and documentation
* Standardise project management processes, tools, and templates to ensure consistency across delivery teams
* Support continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency, transparency, and control
* Produce insightful management information to support decision-making and executive reporting
* Partner with Programme and Project Managers to maintain alignment with overall transformation objectives
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven PMO experience within large-scale transformation or change programmes, ideally in banking or financial services
* Strong knowledge of project governance frameworks such as Agile, Prince2, or MSP
* Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and Power BI (or similar reporting tools)
* Excellent organisational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and influence at senior stakeholder level
* Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal reporting capabilities
Desirable Qualifications
* Prince2, AgilePM, or MSP certification
* Experience supporting digital or operational transformation programmes
* Familiarity with financial tracking and resource management processes
