Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Location: East Yorkshire Senior Travel Consultant Hours 37 (30 considered) Duration - Permanent Salary £31,000 up to £36,000 dependent on experience plus substantial bonus opportunity Our client is opening a brand-new Travel store in East Yorkshire and we're looking for an experienced Senior Travel Consultant who's ready to step into a leadership role. You'll be someone who can deliver exceptional service while naturally guiding others. In this role, you will: Create high-quality tailor-made, long-haul and multi-centre holidays Confidently sell cruise holidays across mainstream and specialist lines Manage your own enquiry pipeline and generate new and repeat business Support customers before, during and after travel Provide guidance and support to the team as the store grows Process ATOL bookings accurately and independently Ensure full compliance with ABTA, ATOL and PTR requirements Build strong relationships with suppliers and contribute to marketing activity Protect client money, safeguard travellers and uphold our Charter Share ideas and help improve how we work as a team About You We're looking for someone who brings both experience and energy into a growing environment.
