Catalyst are partnering with a leading global investment bank seeking a Campus Coordinator to join their London team. This is a highly visible role supporting the full lifecycle of early careers hiring, offering exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to play a central part in shaping the analyst and intern experience. You will sit at the heart of a fast-paced, high-performance environment, ensuring programmes run seamlessly from attraction through to onboarding and development.
The role combines recruitment coordination with programme management. You will oversee interview scheduling, assessment centres and offer processes, while also supporting campus events, networking initiatives and candidate engagement. In addition, you will manage onboarding, coordinate training calendars and assist with performance review cycles, ensuring a smooth, well-organised experience for all junior hires. Maintaining accurate data and delivering consistent, high-quality processes will be key to success.
