Role: Payroll and HCM Delivery Manager (Oracle Fusion Cloud)
Salary/Rate: £600-700 per day inside IR35
Location: Hybrid Bristol or London
Contract Duration: until March '26
We are currently looking for a Payroll and HCM Delivery Manager (Oracle Fusion Cloud) for our government client.
This Payroll and HCM Delivery Manager (Oracle Fusion Cloud) role is hybrid, based between up to 3 days per week on site and the remainder of the week working remotely. There is no further flexibility with expected time on site. Office locations include Bristol or London, as preferred.
The contract for the Payroll and HCM Delivery Manager (Oracle Fusion Cloud) position is until 31/03/26, with potential to extend, operating inside IR35.
Security Clearance: eligible for Security Check ('SC Clearance')
This role is inside IR35 - Due to the service of the role, it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.
Essential skills/experience required:
* A degree level qualification
* Strong payroll function knowledge
* Strong people function knowledge cutting across transactional and strategic HR business areas
* 10+ years' experience in complex ERP enabled transformation projects/programmes
* Experience of managing complex stakeholder landscape
* Experience of working effectively in a complex third-party supplier landscape
* Minimum of two Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and/or HCM end-to-end implementation programme experience in large organisations
* Strong communicator and proficiency in business documentation
* Proficient in using PowerPoint, Excel, Word
* Ability to work independently
* Would not suit Delivery Managers but Payroll and HCM Payroll Consultants
Role/responsibilities:
* Manage the development and deployment of IT solutions, change and risk management and the interaction between development and support services.
* Take ownership of technical design decisions throughout the delivery and assist project decision-making around the appropriate way to achieve deployment.
* Use data to inform planning.
* Manage complex internal and external dependencies.
* Ensure service delivery adheres to the appropriate standards.
