Due to continued growth and an internal promotion, we are recruiting for a Part Time Accounts Administrator to join a busy and fast-growing company in Redditch working 20 hours a week with flexible hybrid working available after training.
This client is looking for a candidate who has previously worked within a varied Accounts role
Part Time Accounts Administrator responsibilities:
* Posting all invoices and expenses including managing the company credit cards
* Handling accounts payable and receivable – dealing with suppliers and customers
* Bank reconciliations
* Posting bank statements
* Review of cash sheets and controls
* Record the financial transaction of the business
* General adhoc accounts administration duties
The Successful Part Time Accounts Administrator will have the following:
* Previous experience in an accounts role
* Knowledge of QuickBooks would be a distinct advantage but not essential
* Microsoft office
* Good verbal and written communication
* Organised and methodical
