Our client has quickly established themselves as a leader in sustainable innovation, with strong growth across both direct-to-consumer and retail channels, they are now seeking to expand their Supply Chain team.
The Opportunity
We are searching for a
Supply Chain Manager
who will play a key role in ensuring products move smoothly from suppliers through to customers. This role involves overseeing supplier relationships, managing purchasing and production schedules, coordinating logistics, and optimising inventory levels. You will also contribute to cost efficiency and margin improvement projects, as well as ensuring supply readiness for new product launches.
The position sits within the wider Operations team and reports into the Supply Chain Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Supplier Management
* Manage day-to-day relationships with manufacturing partners and packaging suppliers.
* Oversee purchasing, production scheduling and readiness for upcoming launches.
* Provide regular reporting on stock levels, cover, and supplier performance to inform decision-making.
* Identify and deliver opportunities to improve unit economics and gross margin through negotiation and process efficiencies.
* Work cross-functionally with Commercial and Demand Planning to align supply with sales forecasts and promotional activity.
* Consider sustainability and ethical sourcing when making supply chain decisions.
Inventory & Logistics
* Collaborate with fulfilment partners to maintain optimal stock availability across e-commerce and retail channels.
* Lead initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
* Support monthly planning processes to ensure production and inventory levels are aligned with business needs.
* Anticipate risks in supply and logistics, and put contingency plans in place to ensure continuity.
* Monitor inventory health, reduce obsolete stock, and ensure best practice stock management across partners.
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years of experience in supply chain, preferably within FMCG, beauty, or personal care.
* Strong background in working with third-party manufacturers and packaging/component suppliers.
* Confident using Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis (ERP experience is beneficial).
* Commercially aware, with a proven ability to analyse costs and improve supply chain KPIs.
* Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Collaborative communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
