Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and delivery of major AV refresh and installation programmes across teaching spaces, meeting rooms, and collaborative environments.
* Support high‑profile capital and digital transformation projects, including the transition to fully LED‑based display solutions and the transformation of lecture theatres with high‑tech video wall technology.
* Work closely with stakeholders and technology partners to drive service excellence, continuous improvement and innovation across the University.
* Influence AV standards, support service development initiatives, deliver user training, and contribute to wider IT and University projects in a fast‑paced environment.
* Work on‑site only; hybrid working is not supported for this appointment.
Qualifications
* Excellent customer service skills and experience working within a customer‑focused AV environment.
* Strong technical expertise in AV technologies and solutions.
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences through technology.
