ABOUT THIS JOB
Our Property Maintenance Technician usually works from Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Your days revolve around performing various tasks to keep our clients' properties in great shape. After reporting to a central location, you head to your service area. There, you complete jobs like painting, finish carpentry, and installing door hardware. You give every job your best effort and take pride in leaving places better than when you arrived!
Are you the right fit? Here's what we're looking for:
* 2+ years of construction or property maintenance experience
* Clean driving record
* Ability to provide small tools
Experience as an on-site maintenance manager and finish carpentry would be .
