Client Lead Resources - Microsoft Business Group at Accenture

In this role, you will be part of the Accenture Microsoft Business Group working closely with Accenture Client Leadership to identify and drive Microsoft-based digital transformation opportunities within client accounts.
Responsibilities
* Originate and lead Accenture’s sales efforts around the Microsoft ecosystem.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans in partnership with Accenture to drive Microsoft-focused growth.
* Lead the sale of large and complex opportunities, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders.
* Support Accenture’s sales efforts by providing expertise in Microsoft cloud, security, and AI solutions.
* Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities within Accenture’s client base.
* Ensure deal compliance, contract negotiation, and financial performance alignment.
* Advocate for emerging Microsoft technologies and lead thought leadership within engagements.
* Coordinate delivery excellence and client satisfaction across Avanade and Accenture teams.
Qualifications
* Experience in partner-driven sales models, ideally with Accenture or similar alliances.
* Proven success in enterprise technology sales with a focus on Microsoft solutions (Cloud, Data & AI, Modern Workplace, Business Apps).
* Strong ability to collaborate across multiple teams in a structured sales environment.
* Sector familiarity for energy, utilities, oil and gas, and ability to engage at C-suite level.
* Expertise in deal structuring, contract negotiation, pricing strategies, and performance-based contracting.
* Large-scale enterprise sales track record managing complex multi-million-dollar deals.

You thrive in a collaborative, indirect sales environment, building strong relationships with Accenture stakeholders and clients. You are strategic, detail-oriented, and align Microsoft technology solutions with business transformation needs.

Collaborate with Accenture’s account teams to drive Microsoft-focused solutions, ensuring alignment with client strategies and successful execution with an industry focus. Manage pipeline growth and support the origination and closing of sales opportunities.
