What You'll Be Doing:
1. Assisting with internal and external audits and maintaining key certifications.
2. Helping to implement legislative updates and supporting staff training on compliance standards.
3. Supporting BRC, FSC, HACCP, SEDEX, and ISO compliance across the business in conjunction with other staff members.
4. Working with Helios inspection systems and ensuring quality processes are followed.
5. Collaborating with Shop Floor and Office staff on process improvements and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
6. Some experience in Quality Management Systems (any manufacturing background considered although print or materials manufacturing is beneficial).
7. A willingness to learn basics of BRC, HACCP, NEBOSH, SEDEX, or ISO standards.
8. Good attention to detail, good work ethic, an organised proactive approach, and an interest in developing a career in compliance.
9. Training will be provided for any skill gaps; this role is perfect for someone looking to build their expertise and progress.
