Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist looking for your next opportunity in the heart of Manchester City Centre? We’re partnering with a well‑established organisation that needs support within their finance team on an immediate, temporary basis.
The RoleAs the AP Specialist, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the purchase ledger. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Processing high‑volume invoices accurately and efficiently
2. Matching, batching, and coding invoices
3. Reconciling supplier statements
4. Handling payment runs and resolving invoice queries
5. Supporting month‑end processes
6. Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers

7. Previous experience in an Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger role
8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
9. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
