We currently have afantastic opportunity for anAssembly & TestTechnician for a leading engineering company based in Netley, Southampton.

Introduction

The primary role of the Assembly & Test Technician will be to provide support to the engineering team with mechanical testing as well as the assembly, repair build of the site's products to high specifications.

Responsibilities:

* Setting up, preparation and testing mechanical assemblies.
* Recording and processing test result data
* Maintain strict company health and safety guidelines

Ideal Experience:

* Previous experience withinmechanical assembly or mechanical test
* Ability to use hand tools
* Ability to readassembly / engineering drawings and work to instructions
* Attention to detail
* IT literate with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* Any experience with composites, hydraulics, or 3D CAD would be an advantage
