* Temporary Works Coordinator Certification
* CSCS Management Card
* Extensive background in Structural Steel Erection management or main contractor roles

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Manager to oversee the construction of large-scale viaducts and bridge structures. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This is a leadership role that requires strong organisational, technical, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management:
o Plan and manage all phases of the construction project, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget.
o Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
o Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to achieve project goals.
* Budget and Cost Control:
o Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and controlling costs.
o Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality and safety.
* Quality Assurance:
o Ensure that all construction work meets industry standards, codes, and regulations.
o Implement and maintain quality control procedures to deliver a high-quality end product.
* Safety and Compliance:
o Promote and enforce a culture of safety on the construction site, adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines.
o Monitor and address any safety issues promptly to prevent accidents.
* Build and lead a motivated and skilled construction team.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering professional growth and development.
* Communication:
o Maintain clear and open communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
o Prepare regular progress reports and attend project meetings.
