Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 + Bonus

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Talent Acquisition Coordinator, supporting the recruitment of mental health nurses and support workers across our services.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in recruitment, talent acquisition, or workforce coordination. You’ll receive hands‑on training, mentorship, and exposure to fast‑paced, meaningful work that directly impacts the quality of care we provide.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Sourcing candidates for roles including mental health nurses and support workers
* Using internal systems and databases to identify and engage suitable candidates
* Learning how to headhunt and proactively approach talent
* Posting job adverts across multiple job boards and platforms
* Generating referrals through engagement with existing staff
* Supporting the booking of shifts and filling urgent staffing gaps
* Assisting with the coordination of staff rotas (full training provided)
* Building relationships with candidates and supporting them through the recruitment process
What We’re Looking For
* A strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence speaking with people over the phone and via email
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Resilient and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
