We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join a well-established media agency based in West Midlands. This role is ideal for someone with a background in media agencies, ready to take on a pivotal position within the media team.
You'll serve as the primary contact between clients and the agency, ensuring that all outputs align with the clients' business objectives and the agency's standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day management of client accounts.
* Foster strong client relationships, understanding their business and market context.
* Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client objectives.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
* Ensure administrative tasks related to media campaigns are completed efficiently.
