The Role – Advertising Operations Executive
Salary £24,000
As a recent graduate eager to dive into the fast‑paced world of global digital advertising, you’ll learn foundational skills across the full campaign lifecycle. Working from our Brighton HQ (one remote day per week), you’ll support a global client base, coordinating across platforms and publishers.
What You’ll Be Doing
This role offers exposure to the entire campaign lifecycle, from research and planning to execution and reporting. You’ll support multi‑channel campaign production, with responsibilities including:
* Campaign Support: Conduct sector and customer research, identify key industry data points, and assist in creating basic reports on campaign metrics. You’ll learn to use our proprietary software to visualise and build media plans.
* Advertising Execution: Coordinate campaign delivery to ensure timely execution, review and approve advertising creative for technical and brand standards, support technical setup for tracking website interaction, and book campaigns with advertising suppliers.
* Agency Contribution: Stay up‑to‑date on the latest media and advertising trends to share with the agency and participate in knowledge‑sharing at agency roundtables.
* Develop an area of expertise: Shape your career path within the agency after mastering the foundational elements of digital advertising.
What Are We Looking For?
We want a candidate who is inherently curious, accountable, and brave in escalating roadblocks. The ideal candidate:
* Holds an undergraduate degree or equivalent (in any subject).
* Has an interest in social media and is digitally savvy.
* Is comfortable with numbers and ready to dive into Excel analytics.
* Is a motivated team player with strong time‑management and communication skills, a keen multi‑tasker, and can work well both independently and as part of a team.
* Has a good eye for detail and can work effectively to deadlines.
* Is calm under pressure, a logical thinker, and eager to learn about the Education sector.
