2. Realistic earning potential with an OTE of approximately £40,000 via bonus schemes

Duties:
9. Managing the parts desk efficiently for warranty, retail, and trade sales
10. Handling customer enquiries via telephone, email, and in person
11. Coordinating the distribution of parts to technicians
12. Managing stock control and processing returns
13. Utilising manufacturer parts catalogue systems for accurate ordering
14. Maintaining accurate administration records
15. Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
16. Ensuring all day-to-day departmental tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
17. At least 12 months' experience within an automotive Parts Department
18. Strong customer service and communication skills
19. Sales-driven with a good understanding of business operations
20. Reliable, proactive, and capable of working independently
21. Flexible approach to work schedules
22. Full UK driving licence
23. A team player with a professional attitude
