Description
We're looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead, motivate, and support your store team to create an inspiring customer experience and a positive work environment. You will be an expert in product handling, continuously improving the customer journey through excellent visual presentation and high-quality customer service. You will assist the Store Leader in developing the team, maintaining operational standards, and driving sales and KPIs.

About The Role

* Deliver outstanding product placement and create 'wow' wearable outfits.
* Maintain high visual standards, prioritizing the customer journey.
* Manage store operations, including service, people, and daily tasks.
* Empower the team to prioritize customer experience in decision-making.
* Utilize commercial tools to support store performance.
* Assist in achieving store KPIs such as sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, and customer feedback.
* Ensure health & safety compliance.
* Support team development to foster a motivated and engaged store environment.
