Overview
We are recruiting 2 Service Desk Engineers on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, this is a career opportunity to join a large, market-leading managing agent. The role is based at our Northwich office, five days a week.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a high-quality front-of-house IT service and proactively develop positive relationships with customers and IT colleagues.
* Analyse and resolve security breaches and vulnerability issues in a timely and accurate manner.
* Support and contribute to IT service desk operations to improve the customer experience.
* Assist with pre-employment checks as part of safeguarding and compliant recruitment processes where applicable.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience in a similar IT service desk role.
* Knowledge of MS technologies, with a preference for experience in Azure, Citrix, and ServiceNow.
* MSP background is desirable.
