The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring administrative processes are completed efficiently and within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handling incoming telephone calls professionally and directing enquiries appropriately
2. Managing and maintaining both electronic and paper-based filing systems
3. Accurate data entry using Microsoft Office and financial services systems such as CURO
4. Coordinating appointments, meetings, and diary management
5. Preparing letters, reports, and client documentation
6. Providing administrative support including scanning, photocopying, and filing
7. Managing email correspondence and responding to routine client and provider queries
8. Supporting post-meeting processing for individual and corporate clients within agreed deadlines
9. Liaising with financial providers to ensure requests are completed accurately and promptly
