Job Description
Customer & Dealership Liaison
1. Act as the primary liaison between customers, auto dealerships, sale representatives supporting the financing of mobility vehicles.
2. Work with dealership sales teams to streamline paperwork, approvals, and financing arrangements.
3. Ensure all parties are informed of time lines, requirements, and compliance considerations related to accessibility modifications.
Product Expertise & Support
4. Provide assessment to ensure vehicle MSRP, Book Values for used equipment are not overstated.
5. Provide in-depth product expertise on vehicle modification solutions (wheelchair lifts, ramps, hand controls, seating, etc.).
6. Ensure product compatibility with leased vehicles and financing requirements.
7. Fully understand all ancillary warranty offerings including pricing and impact on value of vehicle
Customer Advocacy & Support
8. Support customers with disabilities in understanding leasing and financing options tailored to their accessibility needs.
9. Deliver excellent customer service with compassion, professionalism, and sensitivity.
10. Advocate for accessibility and ensure customers feel supported throughout the process.
Education & Training
11. Educate dealerships and customers on the company's fit-out financing programs and processes.
12. Provide clear explanations of complex financing and modification requirements in customer-friendly terms.
13. Share product updates and best practices with internal teams and external partners.
14. Provide regular feedback on technology and recommendations for enhancements
Sales Support & Documentation
15. Track forecast for vehicle delivery and funding, ensure proper documentation, and monitor acceptance.

The Successful Applicant
QUALIFICATIONS:
17. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.EXPERIENCE:
· Auto leasing, finance, or dealership product specialist experience required.
· Familiarity with vehicle accessibility equipment and modifications required.
· Experience working with or supporting individuals with disabilities is highly
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools).
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to liaise across multiple stakeholders.
· Knowledge of automotive financing, leasing processes, and documentation.
· Ability to explain complex financing and fit-out requirements in clear, customer-friendly terms.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously.
· Technical knowledge of vehicle products, leasing terms, and mobility solutions preferred.
