If so, then this could be the career opportunity for you… Associate - Head of Fire Engineering Global Built Environment Consultancy Up to £85,000 plus package, bonus, flexible working, share scheme etc. London As Associate within the Fire Engineering and Consultancy division you will be part of the senior leadership team responsible for leading a qualified and experienced team of fire engineers delivering projects across a wide-spectrum of sectors and building types, including commercial, residential, mixed-use, leisure, hospitality, pharmaceutical and others. Responsibilities Manage, supervise and sign off on fire systems design for your team's projects Delivery of allocated technical assignments including Fire Strategy and Fire Systems Design Manage consultancy assignments and provide advisory support to Clients including contributing to the formulation of design concepts Provide design management, team leadership and technical input on assigned projects Maintain good relationships with clients and contribute to the marketing and growth of the fire engineering division Support team development and growth through strategic inputs, market intelligence, skill development, mentoring and hiring Raise and promote the level of technical excellence relating to fire engineering within the team Requirements Degree qualified in Fire, Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related discipline Have a good understanding of regulatory requirements and relevant standards. Extensive fire safety design experience within a multi-disciplinary consultancy environment Good understanding of relevant legislations and regulations.
