This role entails answering emergency calls and maintenance requests, and delivering reassurance and support in crises. The position is office-based with a unique shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off, from 8pm to 6am.
Ideal candidates will possess empathy, patience, and experience in high-pressure customer service environments. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in IT systems.
