The Role

We are recruiting for a Business Services Assistant Manager or Manager to join our team in Kendal. We offer a fast-tracked Personal Development Plan and the opportunity to work with diverse clients. We are flexible regarding full-time or part-time work.

The main responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring accounting assignments adhere to company procedures.
2. Being a main contact for clients and resolving queries promptly.
3. Briefing team members at the start of assignments.
4. Providing technical support to team members.
5. Setting objectives for team members.
6. Managing your own client portfolio and meeting deadlines.

Note: We will not consider agency candidates for this position.


The Candidate

Qualifications and experience required:

* A Full UK Driving Licence.
* ICAS, ACA, or ACCA qualification.
* Experience in an accounting role within an accountancy practice.
* Team player with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
