We are looking for a dedicated educator with solid experience delivering the full English Literature and English Language curriculum, who can confidently engage learners of all ages and abilities. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in English Literature and Language across KS3–KS5. Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of students with diverse learning abilities, including those with SEN requirements. Assess, track, and report on pupil progress in line with school policies. Create an inclusive and motivating classroom environment that supports student success. Collaborate with department staff, senior leaders, and support teams to maintain standards of teaching excellence. Essential Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential. Proven experience teaching the full English curriculum at secondary level. Ability to teach confidently from KS3 through to KS5. Understanding of inclusive teaching practices and experience supporting SEN learners. Strong behaviour management and excellent communication skills.
