We invite passionate individuals to join our Staff Bank as Staff Nurses (RMN/RNLD) across acute and specialist inpatient wards at Lynfield Mount Hospital and Airedale Centre for Mental Health. Main duties of the job
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients as the named nurse.
* Manage ward responsibilities on a shift basis.
* Supervise and develop junior staff.
* Ensure ward and environment safety.

Qualifications
* Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) OR Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD)
Desirable qualifications
* Accredited counselling course or equivalent
Experience
* Substantive experience in a mental health setting
* Post preceptorship sign-off and ability to take charge
Desirable experience
* Involvement in innovative nursing practice
Knowledge & Skills
* Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
* Ability to work independently
Desirable skills
* Ability to speak Punjabi, Urdu, Bengali, Hindi, Gujarati
