We are looking for an enthusiastic Motor Claims Handler to join our dedicated team, playing an important part in our Commercial customer claims journey. Maintaining client relationships is a key part of our operation, and we are happy to support handlers who wish to attend meetings and develop that aspect of their role. How you'll make an impact Manage a portfolio of motor damage and credit hire claims from first notification to settlement. Make decisions on quantum and liability. Liaise with a variety of stakeholders, including; Clients, Brokers, Suppliers, Claimants and their representatives. Communicate through multiple channels, including phone and email. About You Basic understanding of proactive claims handling and insurance principles. Experience of handling motor damage and credit hire claims. Good customer service and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and progress into Personal Injury claims handling. Eligible to work in the UK.
