Temp to Perm – Customer Service Administrator
Location: Horsham
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday

We are delighted to be assisting a long-standing client who are seeking a Customer Service Administrator on a Temporary to Permanent Basis.
Key Responsibilities for Customer Service Administrator
* Entering contacts onto the system and entering orders
* Updating customer information onto the system
* Monitoring order fulfilment
* Liaising with customers on the phone and via email
* Actively preventing termination and expiration of contracts
* Providing excellent customer service
What We Are Looking for in Customer Service Administrator
* Good knowledge of MS Office.
* A minimum of 1 years’ experience within a similar position.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
