Now progressing into the second half of an ambitious 10 year growth plan, the business is undergoing significant process and systems transformation. As part of this exciting phase, they require a capable FC to oversee the day to day running of the finance function.
Working alongside a highly efficient team, you'll take ownership of daily financial operations, reporting directly to the CFO and supporting him in delivering a first class finance service to the wider business.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Financial Controller who can hit the ground running, confidently lead a team through change, and adapt quickly within a fast evolving environment.
You will manage a team of six and provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to the board as needed. Strong natural business partnering skills are essential.
