Clinical Lead Stroke and Neurological Rehabilitation

Role and Department
Band 8a Full Time Permanent Post (Part-time hours would be considered). Salary: £62,681 - £67,665. The Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy Department is introducing a new Clinical Lead role to strengthen our Stroke and Neurological Rehabilitation services.
Responsibilities
* Provide strategic and clinical leadership across stroke and neurological rehabilitation pathways.
* Drive service development and transformation aligned with national and local priorities.
* Collaborate with colleagues across acute, rehabilitation, and community settings to ensure seamless, person-centred care.
* Lead quality improvement initiatives and contribute to workforce development.
* Be a key member of the senior leadership team in Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy.
What are we looking for?
* A registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with relevant clinical and leadership experience.
* Proven Leadership Skills And Experience In Service Development.
* Strong understanding of stroke and neurological rehabilitation pathways and integrated care models.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Commitment to equity, inclusion, and person-centred care.
