We are currently looking for a Mobile Engineer to join our London-based engineering team, supporting customers across the capital and surrounding areas. This is a key frontline role, ensuring our equipment remains safe, compliant, and ready for hire when our customers need it most. Working directly at customer sites and supported by our London depot network, you will be responsible for maintaining service schedules, carrying out repairs, and responding quickly to equipment breakdowns. You will also act as a professional ambassador for Speedy, delivering excellent service and building strong customer relationships. About the Role As a Mobile Engineer, you will enjoy a varied and rewarding role that combines hands-on engineering with customer service and problem-solving. Your responsibilities will include: Attending customer sites to service, inspect, and repair hire equipment Keeping service and maintenance records accurate and up to date Diagnosing mechanical faults and completing repairs efficiently Responding promptly to breakdowns and urgent service requests Completing job reports and updating systems correctly Communicating clearly with customers, depot teams, and colleagues Working independently while contributing to the wider engineering team Supporting the delivery of Speedys ESG Strategy Decade to Deliver What Were Looking For We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused engineer who takes pride in delivering high standards of work.
