About the Role
UK Skills Academy is seeking experienced Freelance Insulation Assessors to deliver NVQs in the following areas:
* Cavity Wall Insulation
* Cold Roof Insulation
* Room in Roof Insulation
* Internal Wall Insulation
* External Wall Insulation
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading training provider, working flexibly while supporting learners to achieve industry-recognised qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver NVQ assessments to learners in line with awarding body standards.
* Provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback to candidates.
* Maintain accurate records of learner progress and assessment outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with internal and external quality assurance requirements.
Requirements
* Assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA, or A1 Assessor).
* Relevant construction qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or higher in a construction-related discipline).
* Strong knowledge and occupational competence in insulation systems (cavity wall, cold roof, room in roof, internal wall, external wall).
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload.
