Senior Programming & Partnerships Officer - Kings Lynn Summary INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY PLEASE We're looking for a Senior Programming & Partnerships Officer to join the team at Oxburgh Estate. You’ll be responsible for working alongside the property team to deliver the year-round public engagement programme, creating unforgettable experiences for all who visit. You'll work with national visitor programming teams, community and commercial partners to deliver programmes, events and activities which engage our supporters. Because Oxburgh is in a rural area, please think about how you’d be able to get here for work, before you apply for this job. You’ll be required to work weekends and bank holidays. This is a fixed term contract due to end when the postholder returns to the role. At this point we cannot confirm exactly how long this contract will last, but it is unlikely to be more than 12 months. What it's like to work here Reporting to the Property Operations Manager and based at Oxburgh Estate, you'll be an integral part of the team delivering events and activities that bring Oxburgh to life for our visitors. Understanding how and why we engage our supporters is key. You’ll help link everything we do back to our cause and the on-going work we do. You’ll deliver high standards of presentation on site and ensure all our communications with our visitors around the property is clear and consistent. Click here for more information about this location What you'll be doing As the Senior Programming & Partnerships Officer, you'll sit at the forefront of delivering exceptional visitor experiences through a changing programme of events and activities which strive to exceed visitors’ expectations. You’ll live our inclusive service values and be committed to high quality presentation and access across the visitor journey. By delivering imaginative visitor programmes, you’ll be enthusiastic about creating reasons to return and different ways for different people to enjoy themselves here. Working closely with the Senior Volunteering & Community Officer, you’ll also support community outreach and consultation as we create our Community Engagement Plan and develop our thinking around the future of partnership working at Oxburgh. You'll deliver audience-focused visitor programs in collaboration with both internal teams and external partners, ensuring engaging and memorable experiences for all. Maintaining the highest standards in site presentation through visitor interpretation, you'll ensure activities align with audience interests and support a high-quality visitor journey. You'll line manage the Visitor Experience Officer and team of visitor experience volunteers to shape and deliver exceptional visitor experience opportunities. You'll also manage budgets and driving income to enhance operational success, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. As part of the Duty management rota, you'll be responsible on the day for the smooth running of the property during opening hours, acting as the main contact point for staff, volunteers, and customers in case of emergency, enquiry or complaint.
