Production Operative
Industry: Manufacturing
Location: Ryde, Isle of Wight
Hours: Rotating Shift: 6am - 2pm Mon - Thu, 6am - 12noon Fri / 2pm - 10pm Mon - Thu, 12noon - 6pm Fri
Days: Monday - Friday
Duration: immediate start on a week to week basis
Responsibilities
* Operation of vibrating and sandblasting machinery
* May also involve operation of power tools
* Control of materials and recycling of waste
* Working to technical specifications, quality standards and health & safety regulations
Experience & Qualifications
* Must have previous production or manufacturing experience and a good awareness of health and safety
* Must be physically fit due to the nature of duties and be able to undertake manual handling tasks
* Must be able to work well to instructions and as part of a team
* Must be flexible with working hours and have good attention to detail
Salary
Salary: £13.84 per hour worked
