About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic English teacher to join our dynamic department. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of confident communicators and critical thinkers, fostering a love for literature and the power of language within a diverse and supportive learning environment. Assessment and Evaluation: Design and implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress in reading, writing, speaking and listening skills (formative and summative assessments). Provide students with clear, constructive feedback that helps them improve their writing, reading, and analytical skills (written feedback, peer review, self-assessment). The Ideal Candidate: A qualified English teacher with a demonstrable track record of success in engaging students. Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring a love of literature and language in students of all abilities. Strong pedagogical skills and the ability to deliver innovative and effective lessons that cater to diverse learning styles. A commitment to high standards and the ability to create a positive, stimulating, and supportive learning environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. A willingness to be part of a dynamic school and contribute to its ongoing development.
