Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced restaurant manager to run our new restaurant 'Posh Pitta' opening very soon on brighton seafront.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality. The role requires a hand on approach to management whilst maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all restaurant operations, including staff management, kitchen oversight, and customer service.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing food production processes.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
Skills
Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Experience in kitchen operations, including cooking.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with staff and customers alike.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
A passion for hospitality and delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £32,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
