Have you got a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a role where the work you do really matters? As part of our busy exit management team, you'll help deliver essential transactional services for major UK Government clients. You'll join a supportive team who work collaboratively, share knowledge and take pride in delivering high quality work. As this is a hybrid role, you'll spend Mondays and Tuesdays in our Newport office, with the rest of the week working from home. What you'll be doing: Processing exit management tasks - including termination actions and leaver payments - for Government clients. Navigating Oracle SOP systems to complete transactional work accurately. Managing and resolving escalations and queries within agreed SLAs. Maintaining accurate records, data tracking and updates on internal systems. Prioritising and scheduling daily workloads to meet deadlines. Following audit requirements and meeting quality standards. What you'll bring: Experience working in an office environment. Strong numeracy and accuracy skills. Confidence using systems and Excel for tracking and data management. Ability to work through complex or ambiguous situations. Good time management skills, with the ability to meet 5 day SLA targets. Motivation to complete repetitive but essential tasks. Flexibility and resilience when dealing with change. It would be great if you had: Experience in HR processing or data related roles. Location: Newport (Hybrid). Security Clearance Level: SC or willing to undergo SC Internal Recruiter: Becky. Salary: £24,636 per annum.
