About The Role
Are you ready to lead strategic procurement initiatives that drive real impact across IT and digital transformation?
We're looking for a Senior Procurement Manager to join our Procurement Team supporting our Chief Information and Digital Office (CIDO). This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of IT procurement and play a key role in delivering major change programmes.
The responsibilities include leading and managing end-to-end IT procurement activities across high-profile projects and routine procurement tasks. You will ensure products and services are sourced cost-effectively, in line with policies and governance.
You will own the full procurement lifecycle from RFI/RFP to contract negotiation and supplier management, while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and major suppliers.
There may be times when broader support is needed on functional initiatives beyond CIDO.

Location: We operate on a team-led hybrid approach with at least 1 day a week in the Coventry office.
About You
We're looking for someone who can lead effective end-to-end procurement processes on a project-by-project basis.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Experience in financial services
* Significant stakeholder management experience
* Deep understanding of IT categories and market insights to deliver value
* Experience with category planning tools and techniques
* Strong negotiation skills with proven success in developing and executing strategies
* Proficiency in MS Office
Desirable experience includes:
* Understanding of Coventry's commercial, member, and regulatory objectives
* MCIPS qualification
