You will play a key part in supporting the Customer Quality team to deliver Customer Satisfaction Surveys across our worldwide service network. Identifying survey opportunities, working with Third Party Survey Provider and our Client Facing Teams to ensure we respond quickly to all customers' requirements and deliver optimal performance of their systems. 1. Support in the planning, implementation and evaluation of customer satisfaction surveys (Net Promoter Score, working with
2. Play an active part in process development Integrated management system according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)
3. Assist with the creation and revision of documents and instructions
4. Support in the follow-up of measures from Customer Satisfaction Surveys as well as in the creation of management presentations
5. Analyse customer data to generate evaluations that help the business improve.
What You Bring
6. Currently studying (or have recently completed) a degree in Business Studies, Economics, Engineering, Science or a transferable subject
7. Comfortable dealing with a variety of stakeholders in the business unit and in the wider Siemens Energy environment
8. You are energised by collaborating with others and are motivated by the opportunities to work in a team and jointly excel
9. Adept at using MS Office Applications
10. Enjoy problem solving and improvements
11. Ability to work with minimum supervision
12. Open to applying AI solutions to solve business problems and improve productivity
13. Keen interest in Customer Management and Customer Focus
