The Role:
In this role, no two days will be the same. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be working closely with customers and candidates to make a perfect recruitment match.
* Drive business development, approaching new clients and expanding existing accounts.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and role-model best recruitment practice.
* Use your network to build a strong candidate pipeline and place top talent in their ideal roles.
* Partner with C-Suite stakeholders to fill critical positions now and in the future.
* Share market insights with clients and cross-sell additional services.
We've found that hybrid working suits our colleagues. Monday to Wednesday you'll find us in our Holborn office and Thursday and Friday from home, but our office is open Monday to Friday if you need it.
The Right Person:
We are eager to meet candidates who are people people and can demonstrate:
* Proven experience in a recruitment agency environment.
* A strong understanding of Business Support.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
* A proactive, results-driven approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Confidence in negotiating and closing deals.
* Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems.
