What you'll do
As a Senior Relationship Management Apprentice within our Commercial & Institutional – Direct Sales & Relationship Management Team, you will:
* Provide outstanding customer support and advice aligned to customer needs within a dedicated portfolio.
* Proactively manage relationships within a portfolio of customers across various lifecycle stages (thriving, surviving, declining).
* Identify and promote the best options for customers, working closely with other teams to provide excellent service.
* Manage either the direct portfolio, regional specialist relationship manager, or the regional portfolio.

* Quantitative methods, accountancy, financial mathematics, statistics, and economics.
* How to identify and use client/customer segments.
* Using systems and implementing/adhering to processes.
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for individuals with a passion for learning and high levels of determination, motivation, and drive to succeed. You should have strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
You’ll also need:
* The ability to maintain a strong customer focus.
* An innovative and creative mindset.
* Good problem-solving skills and a proactive, inquisitive mindset, with the ability to challenge and offer solutions.
* An analytical, numerate, and logical skillset with adaptability to change.
* Good planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage your time effectively.

An Apprenticeship is a development programme. At NatWest, we offer apprenticeship programmes for candidates with little or no qualifications or experience in the subject of study.
If you have substantial experience or qualifications in the apprenticeship subject, you may be overqualified and not meet the programme criteria. Please check the FAQs before applying to ensure you meet the requirements.
Eligibility
80 UCAS points (A levels or BTECs in England and Highers or equivalent in Scotland).
