They are looking for a people focused Head of Facilities with responsibility for Property Management and Facilities.
The role will involve leading a team to effectively manage the property portfolio of the business. You will ensure the operation is safe, secure, and where maintenance issues are fixed quickly and efficiently. In addition to managing the internal team you will work with third parties and contractors where necessary to support the operation.
In the role of Head of Facilities you will be given a considerable degree of autonomy as well as budgets to ensure the portfolio is not only fit for purpose but maximises the commercial opportunities. The culture which welcomes autonomy and an enjoyable environment with a good work life balance.
