About the role Job Title: Catering Supervisor School Location: Westonbirt School, Tetbury, GL8 8QG Working Days: 5 days out of 7- includes weekends Shifts & Working hours: Various Shifts 9am-5pm/ 10am-6pm/ 11.30-7.30pm/ 12noon-8pm (40 hours per week) Working Weeks: 52 weeks per year Pay Details: £29,120 per Annum What will I be doing? As a Catering Supervisor, you’ll support the Chef Manager in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to lead a team that delivers a high-quality food service. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the Chef Manager by supervising a section of the kitchen Leading and motivating team members during service Delivering a friendly, efficient, and hygienic service to all customers Assisting with the preparation of food and snacks Providing counter service and operating the till Ensuring kitchen and dining areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards What are we looking for? We’re looking for someone with strong customer service skills and a proactive, team-focused approach.
