Regional Sales Manager – Luxury Property Developer
Location: Reading & Maidenhead, England
Base Salary: £50,000–£60,000 + commission
My client, a highly reputable residential property developer, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee multiple developments within the region. This senior role leads Project Sales Managers and their teams to deliver strong sales performance, exceptional customer experience, and high‑quality presentation standards.
Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and develop Project Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to drive high performance across all sites.
* Set and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales rates in line with commercial targets.
* Work closely with Marketing to introduce new ideas, campaigns and content to support sales activity.
* Review and present monthly and quarterly sales reports, pricing strategies and market insights to senior management.
* Conduct site visits, viewings and team coaching sessions to ensure best practice and consistent standards.
* Maintain strong relationships with agents and external partners to generate sales leads and raise development visibility.
* Oversee reservation progression through to exchange, ensuring all compliance documentation is accurate and liaising with solicitors to minimise delays.
* Support new launch preparation including pricing, collateral, marketing suite presentation and database accuracy.
* Monitor and minimise cancellation risks, supporting project teams with customer management and communication.
* Ensure CRM and sales databases are fully maintained, accurate and optimised for lead follow‑up and reporting.
* 5+ years’ experience in residential property sales, including managing multi‑site teams or senior‑level development management.
Qualifications
* Strong background in new homes/off‑plan sales.
* Proven leadership ability with experience coaching and developing sales teams.
* Excellent communication, influencing and relationship‑building skills.
* Highly organised with strong administration, IT literacy and CRM/database experience.
* Confident presenting reports, strategies and updates to senior stakeholders.
* Proactive, adaptable and commercially minded with strong attention to detail.
* Professional, personable and able to represent the business to a high standard.
