We are currently looking for a Care Assistant to join our award-winning team.

Role Responsibilities:

* Deliver high standards of personal care, ensuring continuity of services to residents.
* Assist residents with personal hygiene, promoting independence, dignity, and respect.
* Recognize and understand clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls, and infections, escalating risks as needed.
* Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting their dignity and individuality.
* Practice safe systems of work across all tasks.


Candidate Requirements:

* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
* Demonstrate initiative and respect towards residents and colleagues.
* Be an efficient worker capable of following instructions.
* Be flexible and adaptable to cover various responsibilities at short notice.

Experience is not required, as we offer a thorough induction and training program to build confidence in your role.

Additional Role Requirements:

* A DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare.
