The Role you will be Doing; Answering inbound calls from customers. Liaising with customers via email. Resolving customer complaints. Following company guidelines to ensure all queries are dealt with quickly, professionally and efficiently. Responsible for managing effective communication and coordination between team members. Set an example to the team with a positive and professional attitude, always delivering the highest level of customer service.
