Location: The locations for this role are Newport & Titchfield (Fareham).
We operate a flexible hybrid working model across the UK, with colleagues linked to one of our contractual locations and working between office and remote throughout the week. As part of the hybrid working arrangement there is a 40% minimum office attendance requirement.
Salary: £68,199

This is your opportunity to take on a critical role: Head of Resourcing and People Operations. Resourcing is central to improving how we work, and this role will be pivotal as ONS prepares for significant growth to deliver Census 2031.
As Head of Resourcing and People Operations, you'll drive sustainable change and innovation to HR processes and systems to improve user experience, while shaping strategies that attract diverse talent, build capability, and deliver tailored solutions for a growing organisation. You'll collaborate with senior leaders, influence workforce planning, and lead a team that is passionate about making a real difference.
This is a chance to combine strategic thinking with operational excellence, helping ONS deliver world-class statistics and prepare for one of the most significant undertakings in public service as we ramp up for Census delivery.
