The Role

Join Brent's Nuisance Control Team — a fast-moving frontline service that protects residents' wellbeing and keeps our borough a safe, vibrant place to live.

As a Nuisance Control Officer, you'll investigate and resolve issues like noise, smoke, odour, dust and artificial light, using both advice and enforcement to achieve real outcomes for the community. No two days are the same: you'll be out on cases, gathering evidence, assessing risk, speaking with residents and businesses, and taking decisive action where needed.
