Purchasing Administrator
Location: Dundee (Transport essential - must drive)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Contract: Full-time, minimum 8 weeks (potential for permanent role)
About the Role:
Search are recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator to join our client's team based in Dundee. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Raising purchase orders and processing them on the system
Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
Previous experience in purchasing or administration is desirable
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence and own transport (essential due to location)
